Lost and Found
Vet clinics are often the first point of contact when a member of the public finds a lost pet.
We are happy to scan the animal for a microchip, and contact the owners. If the owners are not contactable, as often the microchip details have not been updated, we are obliged to call the ranger and discuss options with them.
Vet clinics are not holding facilities, and as such, we cannot keep stray animals. We also give first aid to injured stray animals, until the owner is contactable.
For after hours stray animals, the local council is to be contacted.
